Frequently Asked Questions
Why fee-based planning?
Fee-based planning means that you are paying for ongoing support. We believe that being available for our clients year-round is important. By collecting a fee, we can insure that when you have a question or concern, we will always make time to help you. This also means that you have access to our planning and investment websites at your convenience.
How does a fiduciary work?
A fiduciary is legally obligated to act in the best interest of their clients. We weigh all options before producing a recommendation. Being a fiduciary means that we hold our firm to the highest standards and values. We manage plans and portfolios with the upmost care and aim to avoid the risk of losses and conflicts.
How will we communicate?
Meetings are held over the phone or through Zoom. By having virtual meetings, time is used efficiently for both the planner and the client. The majority of our conversations are done through e-mail. This allows us to document important information and ensure that you are being replied to in a timely manner.
